Returning or exchanging the product

         We always hope that all Lucky Maja products we acquire will be the perfect match for your pet.

         However, if your puppy is not the right size or model for the item you have purchased, we offer a free exchange in the first instance. One of the most common reasons for returns is incorrect sizing, so we recommend that you contact us to find the right size. 

         Or, if you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you must inform us by email info@luckymaja.com and fill in "Returns form".

         When returning a quality product, you must make sure that the returned product is clean, unworn, unused, undamaged and in good condition.

         When returning a faulty product, you must make sure that the product is free from defects or other noticeable faults that were not your fault. A product is not considered to be faulty if the appearance and/or characteristics of the product have changed as a result of improper care or normal wear and tear.

         You can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the dispatch of the goods and their payment.

         Once we have received the returned item and assessed the condition of the returned item, we undertake to transfer the money for the returned item by bank transfer to your bank account within 7 working days.
